Mahdi Talebi / CX & Service Design Director
Mahdi has spent over 15 years working across startups, enterprise organizations, and agencies, leading initiatives in UX, research, design systems, operations, and product strategy. He has mentored teams and consulted for companies across North America, Asia, and Europe, working across service design, design systems, customer research, and product operations.
His approach is built on three things: seeing the product as part of a larger system, not just what's on screen, but the environment and people around it. Designing with scale in mind, solving today's problem without creating tomorrow's rework. And bringing a fresh perspective to teams who have been looking at the same problem the same way for too long.
